1. Detail of store and product.
Store which I selected to visit that sell expensive tickets at high end location is Harrods, it
is one of the famous store at United Kingdom that sells luxury products. It is founded by Charles
Henry Harrod in the year 1849. Its headquarter is situated at Brompton Road London, United
Kingdom which is consider at high end location. I have visited respective store for purchasing
Jumpsuits and accessories for myself.
2. Prepare a report listing and describe about the thoughts while visiting store.
Harrod is one of the famous and big store at United Kingdom which offer variety of retail
products. Appearance and atmosphere of respective store is very nice, classy, arranged because
they display their products and services in very attractive manner. Moreover, their staffs are well
dressed as well as they are very happy and greet customers nicely. Layout of store is also very
nice because each section display different products and there is availability of proper parking,
sitting arrangement and so on. The respective company display their products very attractively
which attract customers as well as their staffs are not prejudge.

There are some thinks which I found missing while shopping at Harrod such as their
employees didn't conduct follow up due to which end users not able to know about discounts or
offers. Along with this the respective store have sitting arrangement but those are very limited,
which create issue sometime.

My overall experience at Harrod is wonderful because the location of store is very goods
as well as their staffs are also good. At entry they greed customers with water and warm smile
