INTRODUCTION
It is very important to focus on the career development that can help to maintain the
career of each and everyone. In order to make career successful, it is important to focus on the
academic studies and higher studies, individual need to focus on their studies as per their
interested areas so that they can easily find success. Everyone need to understand their interested
areas and decided in which field and industry they want to shape their career. The main motive
of this report is to focus on the career viewpoints and also analyse the upcoming opportunities. I
generalised that I am interested in marketing field so that why I decided to work on retail
industry that is my core area of interest. After my graduation I am looking forward to work on
the retail industry. The main reason to choose retail industry as my working area is that it
observed that I like to interact with people and I am also interested in public speaking so that is
the main reason to choose this industry.

There are many current trends that directly impact on the retail industry. After
successfully completing my MBA in the field of marketing, I joined many small organisation in
London and took main experience in marketing field. In this time I am looking forward to get big
opportunities so that I can boost my career effectively (Claucherty, 2019).For making my career
successful, it is crucial to work in the large organisation because I only have experience of the
small business firms. To get the huge opportunity,i visited many online portals like indeed.co.uk
and naukri.com and another job applications. Recently, I visited indeed online job application
site and then I show a job opportunity in the Sainsbury that is considered the largest organisation
in United Kingdom and comes under the best retailer multinational organisation. Everyone want
to get job opportunity in that organisation and make their career strong. But because of the
globalisation, the competition level increasing day by day in retail industry. Moreover, in order
to take more profit advantage it is important to focus on the sales and revenue of the
organisation. It is a fact that every organisation need well qualified employees who have good
knowledge about the basic and practice awareness about the marketing. As per the Sainsbury job
advertisement I generalised that they organisation required that candidate who have practical
knowledge about the marketing concept and strategies so that they can help to boost the
