INTRODUCTION
After evaluating all marketing trends, knowledges and skills of human resource manager in
sports industry like Adidas, it becomes important for the graduate student to prepare effective
and successful career action plan that help student in career growth and development through
attaining all defined goals and objectives in efficient manner. As career plan is defined as the
most effective and important analysis that guide to attain all professional goals and objectives in
order to make career more successful. For the completion of this assignment, I am selecting my
CW1 human resource manager role in Sports industry such as Adidas. Effective career view
point facilitates and leads me to make my future in respective industry. It is analysed that there
are various growth and development opportunities are available that help me to attain success in
my future. In this report my future career plan as well as CV which is relevant to the specific
career path in being covered.
TASK
Personal Analysis
Personal analysis is defined as the evaluation of own-self on the behalf of various strengths,
weaknesses, knowledge, opportunities and experiences as well. This process provides are relative
information own-self and help to enhance skills and knowledge in order to attain all personal as
well as professional future goals and objectives (Campbell, 2018). All these skills and experience
help student to lead towards specific career path in which they want to make their future and
profession. There are various methods and aspects that help me enhance as well as sustain and
conduct proper personal analysis. I have prepared SWOT analysis in order to find out all
strengths improve weakness, evaluate all opportunities and overcome threats that help in
accomplishing desired goals and objectives in effective and efficient manner. There are various
other factors that help in analysing the growth of respective organisation in order to get wide
information and skills of people who are working in company in human resource management
profile (Carr, Holmes, and Flynn, 2017). There are various other methods that help to me to
