Personal analysis
Cabin crew is a great career and I have chosen it because this will enable me to travel the
world and would not be susceptible with the work fatigue (Pope and Yeung, 2020). But to
become a crew member I have to develop many skills as many skills are required to become a
crew member. The major skills which is required to become a cabin crew member is the
communication skills which I lack in and to speak with good etiquettes and politeness plays a
major role in this career option. Rather than academic skills this job needs good fitness and
health and good understanding of relational skills. Confidence, flexibility and friendly nature will
be important for this job role which I have but what I have to develop is the degree in portable
tourism and hospitality management course I have completed. This job does not required the post
graduation degree but what is important is the good secondary education having grade C degree
or above Maths and English. I acquire the skill of taking responsibility and how to handle the
situation which is difficult to handle what I lack is in good communication skills and I know that
I would be able to work in Teamwork because of the friendly and positive attitude which I
acquire. SWOT analysis have been explained to identify my strengths, weakness and other
