MAIN BODY
Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why they contributed
towards the development of your social and ethical awareness and responsibility.
In career and academic life, an individual should focus on participating in a mini-project
workshop to develop effective social and ethical awareness and responsibility. I completed a
mini project workshop on corporate social responsibility, which helped me develop my social
knowledge. I learned a lot about corporate social responsibility, the main one being that it is a
tool that a company uses to develop social services with considerable profit. I have learned from
my own experience that corporate social responsibility helps society in the main sense of serving
society. This will also help the development of the entire economy, which is the most important
for the overall growth of the company. The mini project workshops helped me understand the
various parameters of CSR and I believe it should be mandatory. The CSR application also
helped me to understand the needs of the poor sections of the society. The main needs of society
in CSR are clothing, shelter and food, which are very demanding.
CSR is also a key role of the business that also supports the business entity in creating
effective business standards in the economy. The government plays a vital role in providing
subsidies to the weaker section of society. I also participated in the workshop on various aspects
of CSR in major international and national companies. This also meant a duty for me to develop
effective subject knowledge which is essential for the growth of the company. The mini project
seminar was held at my university for 7 days and I mainly learned a few things about social and

ethical awareness. This is the main responsibility of the candidate to focus on developing ethical
awareness to be good for the society. The candidate must also focus on effective and
development related skills to remain competitive in the market. A person's main focus in
academic life should be acquiring knowledge and using it in personal and professional
development. A company's CSR should be more ethical to provide optimal use of resources.
Also in academic life, it is the main duty of teachers and professors to focus on CSR so that they
can grow individually in the market. For me, the mini-workshop was a fruitful introduction that
made me more ethical and social in my long-term career goals. Bringing professionalism in
career related life is more important for an individual to achieve career growth in life. Also, it is
the main role and responsibility of a person to develop effective knowledge related to the topic in
a mini workshop for sustainable human growth. In the future, I would also like to focus on career
growth in order to develop a systematic approach in personal and professional development. An
individual's career growth is also facilitated through sustainable ethical and social measures.
