INTRODUCTION
There are different ways and techniques that will support an individual to enhancing their skills
and capability. Self development in crucial for a person as this support in conducting task and
activity in better in effective manner. There are different material that is used in class as well as
independent study (Williams and Karen, R., 2019). Learner needs to carefully use these material
in order to improve their capability as well as increasing skills and knowledge. This will assist in
improvising creative as well as success of an individual. This report is based on different
material that is generated in class as well as assist in independent study. Along with this a proper
portfolio document as a evidence of learning and development during this module. Apart from
this summary on selected portfolio content is evaluated.

1. Reflective learning – This can be describe as the way of understanding and analysing
what a student has learned as well as its outcome. Reflective learning is when a student is
thinking about what they has learned, read or anything these have done. This is very
effective and innovative way of learning as in this learner will be able to memorize all
facts , dates, formulas which will be very helpful in improving their skills and capability
to learn new things and information fast in effective manner. The major benefit of
reflective learning is that it will support in accepting the responsibility of learner and
through this learner will be able to analyse their actual learning.

preparation of a presentation. It is very important present to carefully selected topic of
