Cunningham Holdings Limited is a large scale business which believes in aligning their
business operations with their corporate vision. The CEO of this company is concerned about the
customer satisfaction of this company due to which an action plan is developed which will
include the plan of action for resolving in total of 5 issues.

a. Summary of average Price by Brand

Findings – A total of 144 accommodation samples were collected in order to record their
prices. The samples which were collected belong to three categories which are Resort, cottage
and classic; each category of accommodation has 48 samples. Average price charged by resorts
is 200.07, by cottages it is 202.65 and by classic it is 201.46.
b. Summary of average price by State

Findings – From the 144 accommodation samples, 48 samples each were collected from
three states which are Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. The average price charged by
accommodations of NSW is 201.02, by QLD it is 202.19 and by VIC it is 201.16.
