Key trend and patterns in data
From data it can be analysed that there is change in its patter. It means for practices such
as family visit there were more complaints as compared to those practices which are followed in
care home. Besides that, ratio of agree and disagree was high as many participants preferred
negative option in it. thus, trend gets shifted towards negative options as compared to positive
one. In addition, now in care home there has emerged new trend that is of other facilities apart
from health care services that is room temperature, bed, activities, etc. thus, this resulted in rise
in complaints in it. so, due to it there is change in change in pattern as well. However, if these
facilities are not proper then people disagree with it.
Compare complaint data with resident data
By comparing data it is analysed that in both volume differs. This means that number of
resident in both vary to a great extent. Moreover, some additional practices are also added into
complaint data which is not included in resident one. It has resulted in bringing difference in
percentage in it.
