Overview The present study is based upon Armstrong Academic three schools in which the data has been collected from students under student survey results and complaints received from in order to determine the current issues faced by them. By using data skills, the current report will help to determine key issues and opportunities for the schools so that further actions can be taken accordingly. TASK 1 Key trends By analyzing the data, it has been analysed that each schools faces different issues and that is why, it can be stated that there is a fluctuating trend identified over a result. For example, Williamson school faces high complaints regarding teacher turnover issues whereas Abbott Secondary faces less as compared to others (Hadiwijaya and Octafian, 2021). Similarly, there are different other weakness of each school which need to be reduced so that Armstrong Academic can provide best services to their students. Also, both school such as new Brighton and Williamson secondary faces issue with regard to high turnover of teacher whereas Abbott secondary receive less complaints. All the three schools faces issue with regard to homework disproportionate among subjects and there is a need to focus upon this issue. Abbott Secondary school receive less number of complaints regarding time table changes whereas other school faces high issue and this might affect the performance of students in negative manner. The major problem faced by Williamson is overcrowded classes which refers that the size of class is not appropriate and that is why, high number of students are involves. Both Williamson and Abbott school do not get strong support from the tutors and this affect the learning of students. Further, Williamson do not offer healthy eating options to their students in canteen that might affect the physical appearance of the students and before their age, they lead towards an obesity. By comparing the same with other two school, the problem is not major and that is why, there is a need to make steps accordingly. Overall, it can be stated that Abbott Secondary do not faces many issues in their premises and that is why, the number of
complaints is less as compared to other two. However, Williamson Secondary and New Brighton school faces many issues and this might affect the brand image, if the issues are not resolved within a limited tenure. Hence, it can be stated that Armstrong Academic need to ensure that effective management practices are involved within a premises that help to provide best services and facilities to their students. TASK 4 Best practice The list of best practices for each school is as mentioned below: ο·Williamson Secondary:The school best practice is such that school prepared their students in adequate manner and all structure of classroom is also good. Therefore, other school should determine the ways through which students are prepared and provide facilities accordingly. ο·Abbott Secondary:The best practice of Abbott is such that tutor provide good support to students and teacher provide them feedback in a right manner. Thus, other schools should learn how the teachers are always ready to provide support to their students. ο·New Brighton Secondary:Majority of the students are happy with the labs where student learn and teacher also help the students to learn for an external examination. Thus, Williamson and Abbott should also understand how the labs are structured so that they can also improve the same. TASK 5 Management There are different key areas which Armstrong Academic needs to look after by implementing different actions which are as mentioned below:οInfrastructure and arrangement:Management of company need to increase the size of room where majority of students are strongly disagreed (Lemos, Muralidharan and Scur, 2021). Further, all the labs and rooms need to be properly arranged so that it do not dissatisfy the students.
οcanteen:Management need to introduce healthy options in canteen and for that different offers can be added that help to attract the people towards it. In this way, all the three schools can be easily grab attention of people and improve their lifeοSanitisation:One of the most important key elements that need to be monitor because after pandemic, most of the people are mainly focusing upon the hygiene and sanitations facilities so that it do not cause any negative impact over their physical health.οTeacher turnover rate:It has been analysed that school faces high turnover rate and that is why, management should offer reward and motivation tools to their teacher that help to engage them for a longer term (Gian and Bao, 2021). Otherwise, the school brand image got affected in negative manner. TASK 6 Data limitations From the data, it has been analysed that there are many limitations faced by the school and this in turn affect the performance. For the present study, there is a need to consider extra facility which include swimming pool, use of advance technology within school to improve learning. Thus, there is a need to consider such elements which in turn actually determine the schoolβs performance (Preite,2021). Moreover, the sample size ofnumber of students should be decrease and this in turn help to create a better outcome. Apart from this, interview can be conducted in order to ascertain the views of students with regard to facilities and then make decisions accordingly.
