Data system requirements:
User Interfaces: For Data administration and system control one Database
Administration user interface is needed (Elmasri & Navathe, 2016). For 4 individual stores in
four individual cities 4 individual User Interface will be needed. For Warehouse one
Warehouse User interface are needed.
Authentication System: 4 types of authentication protocols or constrains are needed
to develop the outer layer of system security. Physical stores authentication system for 4 store
User Interfaces, Administration authentication for Admin access, Warehouse authentication
for Warehouse to access Internal Server, Customer Authentication for online customer
authentication will be needed
Logical operation: The SQL quarry and database processing and normalisation will
be connected to the Cloud storage and the SQL server Security protocol (Kimmel, Kleiman &
Miller, 2015). To store or fetch data from physical or cloud storage the data must be passed
through this logical layer for logical operations and data processing.
Data integrity and server: 2 types of server should be operated by the ABS database
Administrator, Internal Server for internal operations and E-Tail Server for E-commerce
operation. SQL Server Security system should be used for cyber security of both of these
severs (Coronel & Morris, 2016).
Storage System: 2 Types of storage should be used by ABC Clothing company.
Physical storage should be used for internal or administrative data storage, such as human
resource, business operations and finance. The Cloud storage will be used as real time data
storage unit. It will store all products, sales and customer related data (Abadi et al., 2016).
Administration and System Control: All the network connection can be used for bi-
direction read and write data flow. However, uni direction connections should also be
developed for system controlling operations by System Administrator.
