The title of this poster is “Chronic
heart failure due to Ischaemic
Cardiomyopathy and hypertension”.
This poster presentation demonstrates
the brief description of topic and its
relationship to education, practice,
research and policy. It also critically
appraises evidence-based studies related
to the topic. This presentation examines
the methodological aspects of each. It
also summarises the articles and the
main findings. This poster also
addresses the limitations of the review.
The final sample involved 256
patients hospitalised for heart
failure and it was categorised into
two groups where first group was
control containing130 patients as
well as, second group was
intervention involving 126 patients.
Average age was fall under 67 (SD
= 8) years where large amount of
participants (55%) were comes
under male category.
It can be recommended that educational intervention related to
family should be evaluated on trial basis for endorsing self-care
among patients who have heart failure disease. It could be used
for effectively decline the risk related to readmission among
wider vulnerable population (Ziaeian & Fonarow, 2016). It also
designs for teaching back to Heart failure (HF) intervention
related to self-management should be brief as well as,
appropriately delivers because of high workload among nurse
staffs. Moreover, HF booklet could be implemented as an element
related to usual care for the patients who have HF disease (Dinh,
Bonner, Ramsbotham, & Clark, 2019). .
Moreover, medical practitioners and nurses should be
acknowledge and support the role of patient in self-management
as well as, empowering them with adequate understanding as well
as, competencies to perform it. Teach back technique is assessed
in other developing nation in which, healthcare system is making
efforts to increasing the burden related to chronic disease (Gorthi,
et. al., 2014).
Moreover, patient held diaries were provided to both groups that
consider self-care instructions regarding isolating depiction of
intervention impact (Shirazi, et. al., 2017). Future investigations
can assess these diaries for accurate self-care assessment.Clear introduction including

In this research, researcher assessed the
significance related to interference of self-
management that is considered for
overcoming the heart failure concern within
Vietnam. It could be considered as a cyclical
tool for teaching content, teach-back as well

In Lebanon, heart failure issue is increasing at higher extent
but, there is lack of intervention regarding systematic
management of heart failure issue. Main purpose of this
investigation is to assess the chronic heart failure due to
Ischaemic Cardiomyopathy and hypertension (Deek, et. al.,
2017). Understanding on selected topic is beneficial for
practicing intervention of heart failure management in
hospital. It is also effective for education purposes in terms
of gaining depth understanding regarding causes of heart
failure. This topic is advantageous for further research and
developing policy regarding heart failure of individual.
Findings of investigation show that there is
restricted generalizability in the context of other
cultures because it is known as strong familial
connections as well as, collectivism.
