at home. The company has followed certain business model that is as explained below as:
Customer segment: Deliveroo is a multi sided business that has followed as per
interdependency customer segment as per need and requirement of customers (Careers at
Deliveroo, 2021). The first are consumer those are individual who need food delivery at home as
from quality restaurants. Another is restaurants that offer foodservices but didn’t provide food
delivery at customers place.
Value proposition: Deliveroo has primarily five proposition such as convenience, risk
reduction, accessibility, brand/status and price. The business get create accessibility by enabling
customers to received food deliver from the restaurant those not offer home deliveries thus
Deliveroo, works to connect strong connection in between premium restaurants and customers.
In order to manage convenience easy services are offered through website and fast delivery

food with minimum and required temperature in addition in customer is not at ordered place that
