Introduction
There has been rapid increase in the modern innovative systems delivery that focuses
on the potential of an organization to be able to get adapted to the altering requirements,
engaging customer collaboration and delivering simultaneously the working software as fast
as possible. Agile was initially a slow process but quickly dominated the market and
maximum of the growth occurred during the last five years. It has now achieved the tag of
norm (Ciampi et al., 2016). As organizations are needed to continually adjust themselves to
the rapid changes rising from disruption and incorporate more and more customer-centric
developments, and even the firms’ program governance and the project management offices
(PMOs) have started embracing the much required agility. The three planning horizons
include Strategy, Initiative, and Delivery and are the crucial elements to drive Agile
transformation within the premises of the organization, and these offer an appropriate
framework that is required for shifting the focus that happens when there arises a need to
choose between the strategic needs of the firm in the long run and the instant requirements of
the consumers. The delivery horizon plans the firm’s short term and long term goals on the
basis of the estimated sales of the organization. The stakeholder in this case is any individual
who can possibly have an impact of the project thus providing input t the firm’s business
objectives (Djaja & Arief, 2015). The activities of the related stakeholders those who are a
part of the team is a vital part. The stakeholders those who are not directly involved with the
Agile project can interact with the respective owner of the product in order to give them
suggestions based on the backlog of the product. Business analysis is fundamental to
organizations striving to deliver value to their customers.
The delivery horizon focuses on the principles of team work and cooperativeness
similar to the other two planning horizons and the approaches in this case are usually general
