INTRODUCTION
An electronics portfolio (e-portfolio) is consider as the purposeful collection of the
sample of student work and it is demonstration of artefacts and the showcase of the learning
progression, achievement and the evidence of the student work(Cheng, Chen and Yen, 2015).
The present report is based upon e-portfolio and the challenges such as T-shirt and presentation
challenges in the company. Skills are essential to meet the competitive edge present in the
market. Along with this team work is essential as this help in making effective decision to
overcome the hurdles and expand the business in the well define manner.

This is consider as the ability to acquire the desire aim and objectives in the systematic
manner and it is easy to make effort in order to create new ideas and job. In other words, it is
know as the pre determined result often with the minimum outlay of the time and energy. Skills
are often divided into domain of work in general skills they communication skills, teamwork and
leadership(Frankel, Gelman and Pastor, 2018). These are require certain environmental stimuli
and the situation to access the level of skills in effectively manner. Here some of the skills which
are explained down below:
Communicational skills:
These are the skills with the ability to use when giving and receiving the different kinds
of information. Some examples such as communicating new ideas, feeling or even the update of
the project. This is essential to understand the different communication as this help in doing
conversation effectively. There are several examples of communication is active listening which
means paying attention to what the individual says. As this help me to take effective decision
during the graduation year. It also me to understand the things better and it is useful for my
future growth and expansion.
Emotional intelligence:
Emotional intelligence refers to the capability of the person to m manage and control the
emotions and posses the ability to control the feelings in every situation. This is consider as the
essential skills during the coursework and aid the person to create self awareness, motivation and
empathy towards the work (Matar, 2015). This generally include emotional awareness as it bring
ability to manage the emotions which help in making effective decision for the betterment and
