Project Task
This report is based on leading the team and managing the project of performing a
induction programme effectively in NHS. This programme will help to develop the knowledge
of community members who engaged as volunteers in the organization. In this, all team members
is require to manage their event by placing people at right place. The of the project is to organise
the induction programme successfully and get ready people to work for poor people. The
delivery and time frame of this task is 2 day in which task is require to be complete.
Organizational structure of team
Functional organization structure is followed by NHS in which all members of
community works collectively. This can be explained as hierarchical type of structure where
people are grouped as per their specialisation. In relation to current project, all team members
will be supervised by community service manager who is expert in this field.
The roles and responsibilities of team is being allocate by service manager as this person
analysed the skills and abilities of each individual that would help to complete the project timely.
All team member will perform their function or roles by understanding task properly and put
their efforts to finish it well.
