INTRODUCTION Designing and implementation of business strategy consist of all the relevant factorswhich comes under implementation program because of their broad nature as it requires overallconsideration of all the internal and external factors of the organization. In other words designingin a business uses project management plan to make strategy or appropriate planning for theproduction process. Basically before designing of product an organization need to analysemarket before implementing the product as well as it also necessary to know about the strategiesor product quality of their competitors. Apart from this competitors plays a very indispensablerole in making planning for the business. Mainly capital act as a backbone for every businessbecause all the activities are depend upon the funds only that's why financial data is also veryeffective in making strategy. In fact appropriate data collection and accurate information aboutmarket growth, financial, substitutes product is very indispensable while making businessstrategy (Baye , 2006). The talon outdoor company use the marketing strategies to define theproduct for the customer in the organisation. The marketing strategies is design ,implementing ,branding and labelling this strategies use to selling and buying the product. The implementationof the business strategies for talon outdoor company provide the investment training, consist theoutside factor, open communication. The talon outdoor company define the opencommunication for the employees in the organisation. The main motive of the pestle analysis isto describe the political, economical, societal, technological and legal impact on the businessstrategy (Chaffey, 2007).TASK 1Analysis of the nature of the company’s environment The analysis of the factor effect and influences the industry. The internal and externalfactor of the company influencing and affecting the industry. The PESTEL analysis help tounderstand the customer behaviour. The PESTEL analysis stand for the political, economic,social, technological, environmental and legal factor.Political factor:the political factor are those factors which are influence the governmentand are not controllable by the organisation. Such political factors are taxes, rates, employmentrates, labour law etc. talon outdoor is the advertisement company in London. Government havethe regulation to show the genuine product information, advertisement should not be done by

direct target on the competitor product. So this challenge for the company to do theadvertisement which according to the government rules. Company can not advertise the itemswhich government restricted. It is very important to create a advertisement in a way that it canattract the customer as well as should be not get in any legal complication. Economic factor: economic factors are those factors which influence by the economiccondition of the country. These factors are per capita income, inflation, recession etc.Theeconomic factor effect to take the business decision. The company talon outdoor interest rateaffected to the business operation and decision making. The exchange rate of the company effectthe cost of the product and services including their price in economic level. If inflation take placethe cost of the advertisement can be increased which effect the company to have the lesscustomers also increase the unemployemnt in the company. This factor introducing themonetary policy, level of the customer income. This factor also provide the fiscal policies ,stockmarket trends, price inflation. This factor decreasing the unemployment and decreasing exchangerate of the economic (Teece. 2010).Social factor: the social factor of talon outdoor company provide the health and carefactor and developing the population growth of the economic rate. The economic rate define theincreasing of the small business labour of the cost. The glide utility and talon outdoor companychange the management strategies related to the social strategies. The social factor provide thehealth and education level of the company. Company has to design the advertisement in themanner so that it fulfil all social requirements the advertisements should not be offensive,religion and gender biased . It should be design in a way that more customer gets attracted andhave the positive brand positioning the consumers mind. Technological factor: The technological factor of talon outdoor company define theresearch and development activities for the company. The technological factors consist of thefactors which brings new innovation, process in the organisation. The cost of the rate determinethe entry in the business and influences the outgoing decision. The technological factor minimizethe minimum level of the production (.Peng. Wang and Jiang.2008). The factor effect the qualityand cost of the product. This factor also determine the innervation ideas regarding to thecompany. The technological level define the infrastructure of the product. This factor define thecommunication infrastructure and determine the newest technology in the glide utility and talon
