The assignment requires preparing a report on a project that involves installing a Power supply system in Studio Flat. The system should be able to provide electricity continuously and efficiently, without emitting harmful gases like Carbon Dioxide. It is suggested to use photovoltaic solar cells, concentrated solar power (using mirrors or lenses), or other innovative technologies to generate electricity. The system should be cost-effective, provide uninterrupted power supply for a longer time, and meet quality standards. Form bringing the project into reality a project plan is important, a project plan was based
upon the meeting the installation and managing and designing the Solar Power Supply. There
were certain problems which were associated with the plan of developing a solar power plant.
For solving these problems project involves various solutions in it. The main problem which was
associated with the project was the problem associate with the power supply system. As it is
main objective of a project is to resolve the environmental problems the problems includes
stability and power quality, concentrator of Photovoltaic Solar power, fault detection, automatic
voltage regulation, battery backups, etc. these were the issues which needed to be resolved
(Philip and et., 2016). The solutions a plan was formulated to provide solutions to such problems
like solar saving which is the one of the major solution to the problem as solar mainly used the
low power consumption items such as LED, CFL lamps and low power electronics, which
helped in the saving of the electricity for the studio Flat. The solution provided helped in
generating an effective power and also helped in saving the solar energy for the future. Solar
power supply system is able to save a huge source of energy as solar panels installed were able
trap more and more solar radiations and the usage of low consumption items also result in the
solar power savings (Sampaio, and González, 2017). This was the first outcome of the project i.e.
solar power saving and it resulted in the saving the electricity of the Studio Flat which proved
cost saving. Another solution was to make it eco-friendly, the project planned to make eco-
friendly Solar power plan which also took into consideration ecological sustainable growth
which also was able to address the energy security challenge of the country. But the outcome
enabled the environment to penetrate the solar technology which also could help in improving
the environmental conditions of the country which ultimately provided the sustainable
development of the Solar Plant. Outcome of this solution was that the system was eco-friendly as
it did not result in damaging the environment by emitting the harmful rays but proved to be eco-
friendly as the installation of this system did not result in any sort of environmental pollution. In
order to address the different problems which lowered the performance of the Solar plant the
outcome was the easy installation of the components of the solar system which led to the
efficient development of the system (Estermann, Newborough and Sterner, 2016). As solar panel
are very easy to install which required few bolts and wiring in order to hold them. The design
was successful and it provided the solar power supply system for the Studio flat and also they

provided the lightening at the top of the pole. Another outcome of the project is low consumption
of power voltage DC which is safer than the standard electric. Another outcome of the project
successful installation of backups for the battery which was installed in the solar power system
(Moshövel and et.al., 2015). Backups are really important for any power generation system
which can act as a back up fuel for the system and it increased the power life of the system. As,
the solar system designed in such a way that the battery backup used in the system allowed to
keep the system running for more than three days which is a big outcome of the project at the
running stage of the project. So, this solar power supply system provided continue power supply
when ever they faced lack of sunlight in the flat. They developed a such a solar power supply
which can be easily installed at any open space which could absorb the sunlight and which can
be power remotely which is the big achievement and outcome of the project. It was also the one
of the main objectives for the purpose of installing and designing the solar power supply for the
studio Flat (Ghaffour and et.al., 2015). Making the supply remotely powered this system can be
made available at anywhere which can be operated and maintained using existing PV system as
an outcome this objective was achieved in order to make the system to be remotely operated.
This project also resulted in the protecting the environment and provided solution to the
environmental issues by not polluting the environment which is also one of the outcome of the
project. Another outcome of designing the Solar power supply system was that with the proper
installation and its effective running of the system it maintained the environmental standards and
it resulted in the zero percent of any sort of pollution. During the development of the power
supply system many resources were used and their successful installation resulted in the
successful completion of the project (Siddaiah and Saini, 2016). The resources used were like
power inverter and it was installed in the system which resulted storage of the energy for the
battery so that battery can store power for the longer time. After the installation of the solar
panels in the system which is useful component of the solar electric system and their installation
outside the Studio Flat and this enabled the solar system to store more and more energy within
the system and it can be configured from 10 to 300 watts. On mounting the solar array mounting
racks on the roof tops or on the top of the poles it resulted in capturing more and more energy for
the system. Also, Array DC disconnect was used in the system which made the system more
compatible and with the installation of the inverter in the system, power supply system is capable
of producing electricity during sunshine and also after sunshine as with the help of the inverter

the system converts the solar energy into the electrical energy. This is also the huge outcome of
the system that is the capability of producing the electricity during and after sunlight which was
possible only after using the battery pack. The system is also available to maintain the utility of
the grid, amount of power can be measured which is used from the grid and this also enable to
measure the utility of the power meter solar power supply which is meant for the grid (Zhang,
2016). A system is also able to regulate the charge which maintains the proper power within the
system so, these are the outcomes which came out from developing the power supply system by
using different resources for developing a system.
As, solar energy is abundantly available in the world and is also considered as primary
source of energy and is also the source of renewable energy which can be used for any type of
solar system. After, the installation of the Power supply system in Studio Flat the outcomes were
good after the installation of the system. With the help of this system, it provided huge amount of
energy source and also did not emit any kind of harmful gases like Carbon Dioxide. The system
is able to generate huge amount of electricity as in the system Photovoltaic solar cells were
installed in the system and these Photovoltaic solar cells resulted in the low consumption of
power which also resulted in providing high quality of electricity. This increased the efficiency
of the system as the system resulted in providing the electricity for the longer time. System is
also successful in delivering the electricity by using concentrated solar power i.e. a system is
capable of generating the solar power by using the mirrors or lenses to concentrated a vast area
of sunlight or even a solar thermal energy on to a small area. The system is able to generate and
deliver the electricity which is generating by taping the air and heating it which then rotates the
turbines of the solar up drafted tower (Romero, Gonzalez-Aguilar and Zarza, 2016). So, this
system is able to provide uninterrupted power supply for the longer time that too without
effecting the environment adversely. The system is also fulfilled the innovative and quality
standards. It is able to provide the continuous power supply to the Studio flat. Due to various
positive outcomes this system will be the best for the Studio flat as it has proved cheap in price
and will prove cost effective for the studio flat as it will save money of electricity. After the
installation of the system it will be able to provide the electricity continuously to the Studio Flat.
So, these are the outcome of the project which has resulted in the success of the project as this
project has proven beneficial for the Studio Flat, it will get the abundant light due to the
installation of Solar power supply for the flat.
