Three factor of Successful Innovation:
Design Thinking:
it is important for the company to create teamwork and open
thinking so that proper reasoning can be created to creative
solution to the issues of the company (Adams, Jeanrenaud,
Bessant, Denyer & Overy, 2016).
Team:
it is create and make good teams which can complete their
task in proper time
Environment:
Environment is important as through this innovation can take
place in an effective manner. It has been evaluated that if there
is no proper workplace in the company then innovation cannot
take place (Evans et al., 2017)
