I knew it very well that if the drill bits will break, this entire machine will not be working and thus the respective users will not have the capability of utilizing that specific machine. Another significant issue, which I had faced was the incorrect equipment selection. My fellow team member, to whom I have previously provided the core responsibility
of selecting correct equipment, eventually made a completely wrong list of equipment and thus my project was under stake. The next subsequent problem, which I had confronted in this case was during designing a respective point angle of my drill bit. However, I had done this mistake within the portion of designing and hence these pointing angles were not properly designed.
