The AON network diagram has been made for showing the duration of the project in a simplified diagram. The complete project network comprise of 11 summary tasks namely initialization, sponsorship arrangement process, business case development, online

analysis of project requirements, feasibility study, selecting plan methodology, plan outline, resource analysis, stakeholder analysis, making initiation documents, charter document is made, review of the documents, and plan approval. The sponsorship arrangement
