The AON network diagram has been made for showing the duration of the project in a simplified diagram. The complete project network comprise of 11 summary tasks namely initialization, sponsorship arrangement process, business case development, online
booking system, RFID card development, user account management system, online payment system, equipment management system, event management system, merchandise system, and data analytics system. The initialization phase comprises of the activities of
analysis of project requirements, feasibility study, selecting plan methodology, plan outline, resource analysis, stakeholder analysis, making initiation documents, charter document is made, review of the documents, and plan approval. The sponsorship arrangement
process phase comprises of the activities of analysis of the sponsorship arrangements, meeting with SMR and other sponsors, developing negotiation documents, forming procurement agreement, review of the documents, sign off the negotiation documents,
arrangement for sponsorship, review, and completion of process. The business case development phase comprises of the activities of business case analysis, business case mission, project charter documentation, plan outline development, completion of the stakeholder
