INTRODUCTION
Mentoring is a very important factor which has to be present in leaders and managers so

since 1949 and has gained a lot of experience which is going to be good for the overall
performance. There are 165,000 employees currently in the organization and the headquarters is
present in Leeds, England. The report would be discussing tools, measures, resources, etc. which

sure that there are going to be higher outcomes that would be present. There are verbal and non-
verbal methods which are being used in ASDA so that there is going to be right working and
performances which is present for a long run. Body language, facial expressions, eye contact,
tone, etc. have to be worked upon by the mentors to be able to make sure that there is effective
understanding and working which is existing. Focus of mentee which is a very important factor
so that there is going to be raised understanding and mentoring which is present for a long run.
Involvement for good effective communication is essential so that there is going to be right
working which is going to be immediate (Kunze and Waniek, 2020). Mentors job is to make sure
that the mentees are getting the right information and background so that there are going to be

make the mentees be more comfortable. Comfort is going to make sure that they are asking their
doubts and make the right changes which is present so that the company would be able to benefit

supposed to be effective which is good for the reputation and standards of the brand and the
mentor is going to be effectively satisfied as well which is good for the overall performance.

From the above report it can be concluded that there has to be effective working and
performance which must be present so that there are higher outcomes and achievements which
mentors can have. There are a lot of tools, resources, methods, etc. which must be analysed and
right technique to be implemented by the mentor to be able to get the best outcomes. Planning
and designing has to be strong so that there is going to be effective working and performance
