1. Describe three ways you can demonstrate a high standard of personal
performance and conduct to generate trust, confidence, and support from
relevant stakeholders?
The three ways through which can be utilized for demonstrating high personal
performance standard in front of the stakeholders are –
 Exhibiting Competency
To generate trust and confidence in the stakeholders, the best way is to
exhibit a high standard of competency. An individual should display their high
skills while explaining the project to the stakeholders and develop a realistic
plan, which will address the different requirements of the project and will also,
address the potential risks. This will help in gaining the trust and confidence of
the stakeholders (Oates and Dodds, 2017).
 Honestly narrating the financial information.
The stakeholders invest their financial resources in an organization,
with this hope that they will earn huge profits. In addition to this, the
stakeholders expect the organization’s heads to inform them about the
financial matters honestly. This means that the managers should convey the
stakeholders about the losses too, along with the strategies that will help in
recovering these losses. This honest behavior of the managers will help in
gaining the trust of the stakeholders. Also, the stakeholders will provide
prominent support to the organization in tough times (Nguyen, Mohamed and
Panuwatwanich, 2018).

that as a business leader, we possess a lifestyle of honesty and integrity. As a
business leader, it is our duty to exhibit the fact that the highest preference is
given to the organization’s objectives and ethical standards.
2. What actions will be completed as part of developing and implementing
communication strategies to represent the organization positively to media, local
community, and stakeholders? Discuss at least four?
The different actions that will be part of communication strategies, which have to
be conducted to exhibit the fact that the organization shares a positive relationship
with the local community, stakeholders, and media. The actions that will be created
for the communication strategy will cover both interactive communication and
instrumental communication. The four actions are -
 To communicate that the organization fulfills its corporate social
responsibility. This will help in showcasing the fact that the organization is
concerned about the community and thus, is fulfills the different duties, it has
towards it.
 To ask the stakeholders for suggestions, especially in the crucial decision-
making process. This will help in engaging the stakeholders in the
organization. Along with this, the stakeholders will feel privileged and will
develop a good relationship with the organization (Meratian Esfahani and W.
Johnson, 2018).
 To become a part of different social events through sponsorship. The
organization should get associated with some of the most prominent events
