INTRODUCTION
Professional development refers to the the increment of capabilities of staff by education and
training opportunities in the and personal development refers to the process of improving
someone by some activities which include employment skills, increment of consciousness and
Wealth Management. In simple words it can be said that personal and professional development
refers to a process under which any organisation and individual engage in the process of learning
so that they can achieve their desired goals by meeting the challenges. This report is based on
health and social Care industry. We are directed to prepare a personal development plan
including my ambitions and goals standards, skills and knowledge needed to achieve my goals,
learning and development opportunities etc.. Along with this, it is showing a reflective analysis
of Learning and Development based on some activities in which I have been engaged with
during the delivery of this module such as roles and responsibilities activity, codes of conduct
activity, culture and Diversity activity etc.

Overall career aspirations - Explain what your specific career goal is and how your university
study will help you to achieve your goal
My career goal is to secure a position of manager in Healthcare industry or hospital. I’m
pursuing masters in the same field which help me to achieve my desired position in future. My
university is helping me in the same as they are providing me proper education regarding health
care. Along with this, they are helping me in practical part as well, so that it will become easy for
me to secure position in a good reputed organisation (Smith and et. al., 2018). They are helping
me in gaining various management qualities as well because these qualities generate self
confidence and motivation in order to achieve my personal & professional goals and objectives.
My university is providing theoretical as well as practical knowledge which are doing help in the
growth and development of personal and professional skills. In simple words, they are making
path for me to move on their which ends on my dream profile. Along with this, they are working
on my skills and wants to grow them as a manager have.
SWOT – Identify three of your strengths and explain how they can help you achieve your career
aspirations
Following are my strengths which are going to help me in achieving my career aspiration:
Communication skills: Proper communication between employees in an organisation plays an
important role. During my studies I had attended various personal development classes in which
I had worked on my communication. It works as my strength as I know the proper
communication process and I can communicate any information, process etc. to the team
members in an organisation.
Decision Making Skills: For a skilled manager, it is necessary to have good decision making
skills. Because environment is a dynamic factor which may change anytime. So it is necessary
for them to take effective decision on time to overcome any challenge while doing business
operations and taking right decision at right time implies a positive effect on the organisation
which may result in the productivity and profitability of business. It works as an another strength
