Introduction Employability skills are some basic skills which are very essential skills, personal qualities and different values that are helpful to expand any workplace. The education and experience which are related to the concept of eligibility for applying some job vacancy. These job vacancy must be successful and reliable for the job roles and skills which are needed to be developed over the time. An individual are related to some soft skills which known as the employability skills. In the time of high unemployment, employer are making choice as per the favour of well rounded employability skills (Gadomska and Krakowian, 2017). This is being very important for the student to understand and evaluate the concept of their own skills and make sure that it could be beneficial for their future procedure. This report include the basic demonstration of interest of vacancy, identified employment skills, some personal employability skills and working as on another action plan. Main Body Why this vacancy is chosen While searching for the new job vacancy I found different job vacancy which are related to mine interest. As I am searching for job advertisement so try to found in my skills and learning skill i.e. Finance. The relevant job opportunity are related to any graduating person or graduated within last two years. Or having the CIMA qualification. All of these are related to the major area of my interest and graduate knowledge. The selected company is Three, it is an organisation which work in network services. This advertisement is attract my attention due to their fresh thinking ability and overwhelming nature for new ideas. All of these theory are related to the concept of my own interest and skills (Employability Skills: The Skills You Need to Get a Job, 2021). I have good team working and communication skills, which are needs here to complete my task and analysis my employment skills for this chosen graduate vacancy. Employment skills and graduate job vacancy When considering job vacancy which are related to different employment skills which are relevant in order to manage and complete the need of organisation. There are major skills which are required as per the concept of graduate skills that are improving communication, motivation and leadership, team work, adaptability, resilience and many other hobbies which are relevant for the concept of employment skill needed by an employer (Gagalang, 2020). my employability skills there are lots of development plan are accomplished. While the chosen jobvacancyareneededtobepassionatepersonwhoareabletoworkinprofessional qualification career report. Further that person must be highly numerical and analytical, able to meet tight deadlines and know about the concept of MS office (Finance Graduate Programme 2021, 2021).So it is important for me to identify that gap and complete this need which are arises by the company in order to implement the job profile within organisation. Identify the student’s personal employment skills In order to make sure about student's personal employment skills, which bare very important for completing the need of real world evidence. There are many techniques which are needed by the different organisation to choose the perfect respondents. They conduct a module skill audit which is helpful in conducting and eliminating the concept which are not needed by them. They further take a CV exercises and conduct a mock for project centres. All of these are related to know about personal employment skills. With the help of this process the company can easily make sure about their decision and choose the best and appropriate candidate who are best fitted within their organisation (Göpferich and Neumann, 2016). Further all of these are helpful for student too for make sure about the personal skills and know more about their own strength and weaknesses. All of these are the example of real world where a student can work and get an experience related to their own personal skills and knowledge. Action plan Action plan is make by the students for evaluating their performance and make sure about improving their own performance after making that plan. These action plan would be useful for making a high position within market and make more competition within jobs. As in may action plan I make various skills which are needed to be improved as per the demand of market job vacancy. I improve my feasibility skills by covering my future plan more clear and in flexible nature. Some more portions are ready if one option is not able to complete. Action plan is helpful for the job's searchers as they can make themselves better and perform more effectively within market(Iordache,MariënandBaelden,2017).Theseactionplanareveryhelpfulfor understanding your own planning and performance evaluation. 4

Identifying and actioning a plan B While making an another action plan, I make a successive plan for more expanding my future goals. When it comes to making an alternative plan, then I would like to a make something practical and interesting as per my skills and career review. I try to become and entrepreneur and start my own business related to finance or networking market. Here I can use my entrepreneurship skills, team working, presentation and time management. All of these skills are helpful for me to start-up my own business and complete my dream to become an successful entrepreneur (NGUYEN and et.al., 2020). First I try to work in an organisation as a finance graduate, but if I found any specified problems then I would like to switch for plan B. Conclusion It is concluded that from the above report that employability skills are very important for the company and for the student as well. A student who are recently completed their graduation and now searching for the job which are found more realistic. As per the above report it seems that to know and evaluate the skills are needed to be increase growth. This is important to understand concept for managing and analysing the concept of skills and abilities which are helpful for them to work in an competitive fields. 5
