This is very important to manage our time in order to plan and organizing the work according
to the specific activities. It makes the person smarter than well as punctual because it is
essential to be smart not harder, moreover when a person not manage the time it is so hard to
identify the importance of time (Hristova, Koleva and Georgieva, 2021). There are several
key elements which are necessary for managing the time such as eliminating, priorities, goal
setting, forming and conducive environment. This also helps in prioritise the work
accordingly for increasing the work with not rushing on the work. There are so many ways
that are help in manage the time as already above time table attached that shows my routine
and it is important top start the task easily from the wake up.
Start the day early- It is very important to rise early and completed all the work on
time.
Set priorities and goals- Daily goals and objectives are necessary to set because
when the achieved it can help to attain future objectives.
Focus on one task- Being a learner it is important to focus on the one task and then
go for the next time so that it can help for completing the overall task (Ma and et.al., 2020).
Learn to delegate- As a student a person should always ready for learning new things
and also delegate in order to hire the employees.
Family time- It is the most important time for the student because it is the situation
where all the family member are sharing their routine and experience while having lunch or
dinner. Also, parents are motivated me whenever a get frustrated for the work.
Recreational time- At this situation I would like to use television in order to refresh
the mind and playing outside in context to having the pleasure of the environment.
Write a reflection on how you managed your time, utilising the timetable and using
Pomodoro or Eisenhower to manage your study. Use Gibb’s model to structure your
reflection.
From the above time table, it has been analysed by pomodoro technique for manage the
time on the basis of break for some time in order to taking the from studies in between the
completion of the work. All the break or interval is called pomodoro which is also known for
the Italian word. This technique helps me in resist all the self-interruption that brain wants to

focus on. Each of the pomodoro is dedicated to the particular task so that it can help in the
attention on the other work.
Gibb’s model
This is one of the famous cyclical reflection models that lead on the basis of feelings,
description, analysis, action plan and conclusion. This model encourages the people for
thinking according to the experiences which they had while for particular situation activity or
event. All the detailed stages are as follows:
Description- The project of group I was team leader and I divide the work according
to the particular sections so it helps to research on the specific topic only (Tamanaee Far and
Ghasemi, 2017).
Feeling- All the team members are coming together and they were happy but it was
the situation when 2 members are not happy because of their topic and I got frustrated so I
research on their topic and explain them immediately.
Evaluation- When the completion of the project whole the project is ready but only 2
members are ready with their content so author was not able to upload the project on time. At
the same time, there are another one person who is ready with the extra work and it helps me
a lot.
Analysis- I enjoyed a lot while working and all of them are identified the strength and
I think this project is completed very well and this model help us a lot with Pomodoro.
Conclusions- It has been concluded that this model is one of the best in order to know
the strength and weakness of the team members.
Action plan- When author will do this project again this experience will help me a lot
them will focus on the other skill which can need according to the project.

For the process of learning in students there are some key resources involved that will
help in supporting the process. Perlego is a site that includes subscription of all the books
present in one library. This site is used for the purpose of making education more affordable
and accessible for the students. It helps in making the process of studying easier and not
expensive. Perlego works with the publishers of the book to combat the privacy within the
market of education thus, offering the best prices to the students for the learning material they
require. This platform is made for the purpose of enriching rather than replacing. It helps in
providing experience regarding some innovative tools for students (Kadam, 2018). Moreover,
this site helps in discovering new resources and get access to the favourite books with the
feature of taking notes from inside the book. Apart from these benefits, perlego provides with
accessibility and flexibility that includes a variety of titles related to the choice of studying. It

Perlego resource helps the students in finding content relevant to their student topic and boost
engagement by fostering interest in its subscribers. This platform is ideal for students as they
can find the topic they are looking fir in just few clicks. The main goal for this application is
to help students discover new ideas and share their knowledge to develop wide range of skills
and interests.
Peers play an important role in the learning process by mutually benefitting the
sharing of knowledge along with ideas and experience between students (Peters, Boies, and
Morin, 2019). With the help of learning with peers, student will develop the skills in
organising and planning about certain learning activities and making the evaluation for the
same. Students will learn a lot with the help of explaining their ideas to their peers while
participating in activities where they can learn for these peers. With the collaboration,
students have the opportunity to learn from receiving feedback. Peers helps in variety of

Tutors helps in supporting the learning process as it offers a systematic as well as
structured learning experience in a more personalised way. Tutors will improve the self-
esteem of the students and build an attitude towards the main subject matter as well as their
academic performance leading to their personal growth (Fatemi, and Saito, 2020). Tutoring is
a self- paced option where learning is self- directed. Moreover, tutoring helps in
strengthening the comprehension for the students while boosting their confidence and gaining
new learning skills. With this resource student can individualised their attention rather than
gaining knowledge from a crowded session. Tutoring also helps in keeping the students on
track and work towards achieving their desired academic goals.
Search engines helps in meeting the daily needs based on the information for the
students. It helps in solving problems that will increase their knowledge and reduce doubts by
provide easy answer just by typing their doubts. Making use of the search engines us very
time saving as it eliminates the need of finding the information on manual basis and
performing searches at high speeds. Moreover, it helps in providing relevant content with a
free access to many useful sites. Search engines allows downloading the web pages and
following the links that will lead to discover to new pages and making them available.
Reflection
Gibbs model helps in encouraging people and helps in thinking more systematically related
with the past experiences happened during some certain specific situation and an event. It
helps in providing structure for learning from experiences while offering a particular
framework that helps in examining experiences as well as allow in learning and planning
about different things.
Author have identified the ways in which this activity helped me to understand and
explore various areas where I have the opportunity to improve my knowledge and skills
(Cronan, Mullins, and Douglas, 2018). There are many challenges within the process of
learning. Time management skills holds an important part in meeting the deadlines and
completing the assigned work and studies on time. I identified that I lack in time management
skills as I do not manage my time and thus end up giving more time to less important
activities. This way I am unable to meet the deadlines and no having in depth study on the
important topics. Thus, planning and implementing my work is hard for me. On the hand, I
have identified that author have great analytical and numeracy skills that helps me to find
logical solutions within some problem. It helps in to analyse and interpret the question while
working on effectively on allocating the resources that are available to me.

Plagiarism and referencing
Plagiarism is a process of presenting someone else’s work and ideas as being their
own. This is done without taking the consent of the owner while having full
acknowledgement within work. It includes the work that is not published or a manuscript,
printed as well as in electronic form. This process can be with complete intentions or can
even be unintentional. This plagiarism is not just related to texts but also to other sources
such as media, illustrations and even graphics. It applies to the published information that is
drawn from the books and journals as well as to the unpublished texts and data (Joob, and
Wiwanitkit, 2018). The best way to avoid plagiarism is to understand and follow the
principles of good academic practices from the beginning of higher education. Avoiding the
same is not easy as it includes ensuring that the references taken are correct and changed
enough words to avoid the noticing that the use of paraphrasing. This is related with the
process o deploying the academic skills and making the work best and authentic.
