INTRODUCTION Human resources' department is very important in each organisation. Each and every business isconcern about there performance in competitive organisation to achieve goals and objective. Inthe organisation human resources will be focus on the internal organisation. The present report isbased on the three concept which is team organisation or development of individual and trainingand development. In explain of Hilton hotel the whole study is reflected about the KSBapproaches it inculcated knowledges, skills and behavioural is most important factor in theorganisation. A part from this personal skills audit is one of the main part in the organisation. Inaudit section there will be audit of each and every employs in the organisation is must toidentified the each employees record in the organisation. In hr. department willbe focus on the knowledges, skills and behavioural in each and every employees. Humanresource department will be focus on the different factor in the organisation are as follows:- Working closely with each department :- In each every organisation there will be focuson the each department and maintain the relationship between all the internaldepartment. It is very important because if internal organisation work better it canimprove performance in the organisation(Goodwin and et.al Wodchis, W.,2014.). Hilton group is focus on this kind of problems. Balance to staff in terms of skills :- It is very important to solve any kind of problemswith the help of any staff members. Balance of staff members in terms of employs skillsand behaviour. Enhance performance of employees :- In each and every organisation there will be focuson enhance the performance of the employees in the organisation so work will not suffer.Enchantment is very important to each and every organisation so work will be done inmore productive manner. Recruiting staff :- In each and every organisation there will be focus on the recruitmentprocess. Recruitment means to recruiting of new employs to there qualification andcapability to do a work in the organisation(Senge, P.M., 2014.). In same knowledges

Training and development :- After the complete recruiting process the next step will betraining of new employs in the organisation. All the work is to be done by human resources' department in eachorganisation. Preparing staff hand books :- In each organisation hr. department will be crate the staffhand books. In this hand book maintain the all the record of the employs in theorganisation. Understand polices and procedures :- Human resources' department three will be focuson the to learn all polices to the new organisation(Pakdil, F. and Leonard, K.M.,2014).
