This project is based upon Hightown Housing Association as being operating principally in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. (A) High Performance Working (HPW) towards employee engagement Competitive Advantage:-It is the process through which managersofcompanyfocusonimprovingtheir competitivestrategiestocompletetheirtaskwithin particularduration.ManagersofHightownfocuson implementing competitive strategies as to improve their internalstrengththatcontrolweaknessanddevelop opportunity for minimising threats by taking precautionary steps.
