Introduction
The Human Resource Management is essential for
business to increase the strength of workforce by filling the
vacancy which result in delegation of work and improve
efficiency. This project is based upon Hightown Housing
Association as being operating principally in Hertfordshire,
Bedfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. This project
describes High Performance Working (HPW) which
contributes in employee engagement (Sabharwal, 2014).

Competitive Advantage:- It is the process through which
managers of company focus on improving their
competitive strategies to complete their task within
particular duration. Managers of Hightown focus on
implementing competitive strategies as to improve their
internal strength that control weakness and develop
opportunity for minimising threats by taking precautionary
steps.
