Individual and team of the organisation it is work like a management, in which they do
work in a group or individuals which is select their goals and objective for the organisation.
Employees have to loyal about work or for the organisation. So, they develop their skills and
gain the knowledge. And experience plays a very important role because what employee did
commit mistakes in previous organisation. They have a chance to improve themselves.
Organisation cant run without team, it requires the excellent team work to select their goals. And
team work defines the majority of the work. In they are work for each other and brush up their
skills which is necessary for the personal as well as future growth. This reports include the
massive brand of the auto mobile industry which name is ASTON MARTIN( Barratt, 2018) .
Aston martin is highly famous for its manufacture of luxury sports cars and epic tourers
machines with high octane power along excellent brake horse power. The owner of this brand is
David Richard and investment Dar and company was founded by Lionel martin and Robert
Bamford in 15 January 1913. headquarters are situated in Gaydon, united kingdom,
Warwickshire, England. They served its cars at globally, and number of employees works in this
organisation around 2,350. Although, this reports includes the knowledge, skills, behaviour
which is required by the HR professionals. Along with the factors which implementing,
evaluating, inclusive learning and development to drive the efficient enterprise program and also
considered to apply the knowledge the way of understanding, effective communication
collaboration of work. This thing is very beneficial for the organisation to achieve the success.

Such as, to gain the business competitive benefits. And it is built for increase the performance of
the employee. In addition to the Aston martin includes the skills, knowledge and behaviour.

Management It is necessary for HR manager to examine and control all the task that are
connected with workforce of the corporation. It ensures all the activities which is done by
the administration to get the success. The general manger of Aston martin requires the
excellent skills like: effective communication, motivation of employees etc. they must
have understood the assumptions which is connected to the human resources
management. It shows the results, which is done in certain period of time. Even though,
administration also helps to do execute the projects in significant manner(Martin, and
Manley, 2018) .
Information Technology Today all tasks are performed with the help of information
technology. It includes the smart devices, software’s, tablets, laptops are needs of the
personnel’s to perform the projects with the help of information technology. So, This is
compulsory for Aston martin manager to adopt the technological skills to finish the task
in ethical manner( Staniszewska, and et. al 2018).

Group and team work HR manger work with large number employees which work in
group and team to complete the organisation task which keeps the steps towards the
success. Aston martin doing its work globally so, administration explicate the group to
complete the work in significant manner. The seeking skills for the employee is helpful
