Furthermore, report has covered the activities as to outline the knowledge, skills and behaviors for an HR advisory role, to draw personal skill audit plan to reflect knowledge as per the HR professional and inclusive learning and development. Lastly, study will lay emphasizes on High Performance Earning and performance management. SECTION 1 a. Appropriate Knowledge, skills, attributes to carry out the role as HR Advisor. The knowledge, skill and attributes plays crucial role to undertake the business activities effectively. It aids to create team oriented organization. Henceforth, an important part of developing strong team is to focus on developing a strong team. Positive company culture assist to significantly reduce workplace stress (Caniëls and Veld, 2019). Additionally, this can be stated that workplace culture can be defined as shared values, belief system, attitudes and assumptions that leads top gain competitive advancement. Therefore, the knowledge, skills and attributes helps to define the role as HR adviser. Human resource managers must have knowledge about the things as are payrolls, employees benefits, HR support service such as employee feedback etc. Thus, Human Resource manager must have idea about providing the training, recruiting and developing individual to carry out better activities within the enterprise (Yousaf, Nisar and Kamboh, 2019).
