Team development is very essential process which increases the potential of employees
of the business organization to gain higher profit margins effectively. Organization structure is
very essential factors which help to increase communication by distributing roles and
responsibility. These also reduce internal disputes and focus on achieving objectives of the
company and compete in the market effectively. this report provides effective understanding
about professional knowledge and skill which helps Sainsbury’s to increase their performance in
the market. Report portrays different personal skill audit of employee to understand the
difference between individual learning. Furthermore report provides different approaches which
increases the performance of Sainsbury’s to competitive advantage in market effectively.

Professional knowledge and skills are very essential to increase the potential of business
organisation to make decision. This also helps to develop healthy working environment which
reduces disputes and integrates highly efficient workplace. Sainsbury’s has to analyse skills,
knowledge and behaviour of their employees due to increase in the competition in retail industry
which can impact customer service satisfaction (Runhaar, 2017). To survive in the market it is
very essential for Sainsbury’s to improve efficiency of human resource managers to grow
company in the market effectively. HR manager of Sainsbury’s is having effective skills which
helps company to develop potential working environment and gain higher market share
effectively.
Effective communication
Communication is very essential skill which needs to learned by HR of business
organisation. Sainsbury’s HR manager has effective communication skill which increases the
efficiency of data exchange rapidly and also ensures to provide effective awareness to customers
to make them loyal. Communication in the company helps to increase the organisational culture
