The company hasgenerated high amount of trust among its consumers by handling families chores with care. studywill explain appropriate skills, knowledge and behaviour that is required in HR professionals inwhirlpool company. further more it will describe strength, weakness, opportunities and threats ofHR professional and develop a development plan. Report will evaluate the various approaches toperformance management and how this approach helps in developing high -performance cultureand employees commitment.
