• Employee engagement is the process where the
management has responsible to look out for the
better interaction with their employee and staff
members so that they can be able to achieve the
set goal and targets of the company.
• The company named Bentley Motors has to
understand the significance of the employee
engagement areas from where they can be able to
grow and develop themselves more appropriately.

• The Bentley motors is the biggest automotive industry in the
United kingdom, which is said to be famous for it's high quality
luxuries' vehicle manufacturing.
• The employee engagement is said to be the sense of the

goals of the firm, employee engagement is known as the similar
step that is taken towards the customers engagement in firm.
• In the firm Bentley motors what they provide is high quality
vehicles with the customer values and for creating a larger share in
the auto motor industry market the firm is using the HPW method.
