INTRODUCTION
Leadership style is the leaders approach to proper guidance to its followers, through which
they will be able to collaborate their working for improving work productivity. Evaluation on the
individualistic leadership and management capabilities is being done within the report, with that
development of personal development plan is also being done within the report.
MAIN BODY
Leadership and management capabilities
The academic career provides several challenges for the individuals in which, they have to
implement improvisation within there working process through which they can accomplish
desired target. During my engagement within the academic career there were several events in
which I have to work within the team during my interaction within the team I was able to
identify that I am having and efficient leadership skill. Through which I was being able to
provide proper guidance to the team members about your most suitable part for the task
achievement. This interaction within the team also allowed me to identify that I am having
efficient management skill as well because in order to increase the work productivity I have to
provide specific task to the team members and with that I have to monitor that all the approaches
are being implemented properly (Ruben, De Lisi and Gigliotti, 2018). This allowed me to self
evaluate my I performance as being an effective individual which is having leadership and
management capabilities which allowed me to develop my skills accordingly.
Leadership style
As being an individual I have to ensure that I develop my leadership skills such that I am
able to achieve desired target within minimum effort while influencing my fellow team members
as well to implement innovative approaches within their operations. It is important for me to
develop leadership skills as per the current market trends and because of which I am highly being
influence by entrepreneur like Jeff Bezos of Amazon and Elon Musk. It becomes significant for
that I am having a role model as one of the most successful entrepreneurs who are having
efficient leadership style through which they are being able to motivate others to collaborate their
working and accomplish higher professional goal. Since as being an individual tends to pursue
its Academy career, therefore due to which I have to ensure that I implement participative
leadership style within my working process as being an leader. It is necessary because
participative leadership style empower its team members to showcase their creative ideas and
