INTRODUCTIONIn modern world, all organisations are facing various business problems due toglobalisation and high use of technology. Personal skills audit and professional development plan has been produced. Allthose factors has been determined which should be considered while implementing and analysinginclusive learning and development for sustainability of business performance. Contribution ofHPW in employee engagement and competitive advantages has been demonstrated. At last,different approaches of performance management has been explained which supports highperformance culture.
