organizations. The report has also put the focus on management skills that requires SWOT
analysis for developing the personal skills. The report will discuss the ways for motivating the
team and the decisions that are required by the organization to be taken in any situation. At last,
the report will discuss the personal and managerial skills that are required for increasing the
growth of the organization.

organizational structure and culture for the organization. The organizational culture defines
values, visitors, regulations, rules, beliefs, language and habits that are properly followed by the

In this task, I have been appointed as assisted manager of Clayton Clown Hotel of London which
is the brand of Group of Dalata Hotel. I feel I am suitable for this job as I possess qualities which
are as follows:
Communication Skills – As an assistant manager, it is very important for making best
relationships with the customers that I have created by interacting and communicating with the
employees. My communication skills will provide me the help in growing in my career which

results of my performance are as follows:
