Willie Walsh, the CEO of the company has been able to significantly deal with the situation with his communication and management skills. Thus, the management expertise and abilities of the enterprise's CEO is well, enough to pull them out of tough saturations and flourish the business to in developing stages to earn recognition and profit(Filipova, 2013). Saga Holiday’s management styleSaga Holidays are associated with the industry of hospitality and servicing the customers for over 65 years making themselves leading holiday cruise providers to facilitate their customers with comfort and satisfaction.
