The managers are one of a most important resource in the organisation, who is playing an

to consider about the development of manager. Basically, the development of the managers is

performing activities and trying to avail the best quality services to the clients (Edelenbos, et.
al., 2013). For this, it is very important that effective an appropriate management style must
be used by the managers of the companies. As the great contribution of the managers in the
firm is been played, therefore their effective and appropriate stolen is making one better than
other.

Thomas Cook company is one of the top travel and tourism company in the nation which is
widely serving the clients overseas. The products and services which are been offered by the
company are very pleasing and satisfactory. The management style which is been used by the
company to carry out all its operations in the effective and in the appropriate manner is the
participativemanagementstylewhich is also called as the activemanagementstyle where the
managers are very proactively making decisions and implementing the strategies to meet the
