Introduction
The managers and employers of an organization are considered as the crucial for ancompany
as they lead the organization towards achieving the organizational goals. Therefore,
managerial and employability skills can be taken into account as one of the most important
and essential skills for the employer or leader or manager, which leads them towards
accomplishing their objectives in an effective manner. In general, these skills are required to
develop by taking proper training and development program. This assignment includes self-
assessment (based on skills audit), SWOT analysis of individual for identifying the
interpersonal skills and knowledge along with own objectives implementation and portfolio
management.

Strengths Weaknesses
As per my opinion, my decision-
making and problem solving skills are
mostly effective.
From my previous experiences, which
I gather from my working areas, my
managerial and leadership skills
become high
Most of the people have mentioned
that they find my confidence level and
attitude to be appropriate.
I think while taking any effective and
quick decision, I feel nervous, though
my decisions are effective enough to
handle that situation, but by the
nervousness, my confidence becomes
shaky for sometimes, which I need to
develop.
Most of the people learnt these
managerial and leadership skills from
their real life (or from working
environment), but I am learning these
all from education and from my elder
brother, but I need to experience
practically.
According to other people my
communication skills is poor

I have the opportunity to overcome
my weaknesses like body language
improvement so that I become more
confident while performing any task
I think, by taking effective training
and development program on
leadership and managerial skills, I can
transform my strengths into my
opportunities.
According to my assumption, if
something bad incident happens with
me, which can affect my mindset
negatively, then it can become a
threat to my ambitions and my career
prospects
From the identified weaknesses, I
think if I am unable to gain the
