INTRODUCTION
Development of performance management strategy defines the goals and objective of the
company and also get communicate them to the employees. Performance management is the
continuous process through which the working ability of the entire individual will get developed
by which the company could attain its goals and mission in timely manner. In this the higher
authority or the supervisor provide adequate communication with the employee by which they
have make suitable changes in the overall personality of their employee by which their
understanding towards the aim and mission of the company will get accomplished (Alisan,

aligned and collaborative by which the trust will get enhance in the relationship in between the
employee and company. This report is based on the Sykes Holiday Cottages that is the rental
company and having the portfolio of 11,000 numbers of properties in the Ireland and UK. This
report includes the link in between the strategic objectives and team performance, tools and
technique to set team performance target, value of team performance to achieve the
organisational objectives. In addition to this, team performance plan, monitoring of actions and
activities to improvise the team performance.

develop the different strategy the company will collect the feedback of the entire employee to get

which they get achieve the better outcomes. In this all the individual of the company will have
worked as a team by which have shared the common goals and objectives by which the
efficiency to get achieve the target will get improvised. On the other hand, sometimes while

working in team the employee will not get achieve as the different personality will worked by
which more complexity will get introduced. There are some key benefits to organisations of team
performance and alignment and that are as defined below as:
