assessing level of skills being shown and used. This assignment will going to conduct own
management and leadership skills reflection. By using SWOT analysis, self skill audit and
professional development plan will also design in this reflection. Apart from this second section will
discuss transferable skills which needed within organisation for conducting daily basis operations in
appropriate manner. These will discuss with the assistance of relevant framework in relation of each
