Introduction
Reflection is the efficient tool or technique though which the person would able to analysis is
situation and condition where they stand right know. They can able to analyse their flawless
in an effective manner that motivate them to grow and enhance their overall personality in an
effective manner. I have joined the company to improve my overall personality. During such
period I have experienced that some of the situation in the company that occure made me
strong and made me realise where I am lacking. Therefore, with the PDP I would able to
share my experience in an efficient manner ((Tasker, 2015).
