SkillPersonal Development Planning (PDP) - A Continuous ProcessOne of the important aspects of PDP is that it is a continuous process. This is because learning neverstops! In other words, everyone can always benefit from taking the time to engage in some PDP.Indeed, you may well find that the most successful people you know are also some of the most self-reflective and goal – oriented. The diagram below illustrates the continuous nature of PDP. It shows the relationship between thetwo main phases of PDP- REFLECTION and PLANNING.
