INTRODUCTIONStakeholder refers to a person who have their keen interest in a business, organisation andproject. It is a group of person which is largely associated with the outcome of a project whichaffect the result in both positive and negative manner. Stakeholder theory helps in identifyinghow an organisation will be able to enhance its shareholders profitability and retain them for alonger period of time. Main objective of an organisation's management team is to delivermaximum returns to their shareholders.
