INTRODUCTIONEvery organization focuses on developing teams for achieving its SMART goals andobjectives in the most effective manner. Teams are the important part of company in whichvarious individuals come together for getting better results. In this process, manager of companylead their team to motivate them and provide better services for encouraging their motivationwhich leads to improve the overall performance of team and organization as well (Ang and VanDyne, 2015). It is the main duty of organization to organize their workforce as a team in order toimprove overall productivity level of company. An effective team is made up by two or morethan two people who all work together for common goals. Present report is based on Tescowhich is a British multinational grocery company in the UK. They provide grocery products totheir customers in order to get their higher satisfaction. This report discussed about successfulbusiness teams which helps in achieving given objectives. Importance of teams is also mentionedin this project. Along with this, various stages of team development is also discussed here. At theend, various ways of resolving conflicts between team members are discussed. TASK 11.1 Characteristics of successful business teamsSuccessful business teams are one of the important aspects in organization which help inachieving all goals and objectives in an effective manner. Effective teams directly contribute indeveloping organization’s performance in market and also increase its profitability level. In this,building a team an important task for company to improve their process and achieve all targetswithin given time period which leads in providing better success to company in market.
