INTRODUCTION
Teaching is the engagement where learners are made to understand and apply
the knowledge, processes and concepts that the teacher is required to transform the
students from basically learners to having high skilled knowledge. Learning is an
exercise of gaining knowledge by starting, practicing or experiencing (Asadollahi
Kheirabadi and Mirzaei, 2019). It is the activity of students where they get to know new
things. Assessment is the exercise of judging the amount of learning that to place as a
result of learning and teaching. Conducting examinations and unit tests are to examples
for analyzing the level of teaching and learning. This report is based on variety of topics
ranging from behavior management, it's important and analysis, evaluation of
effectiveness of creativity and weight of approaches, main aspects of legislation,
regulatory requirements and code of practice, application of research and practical
examples for providing a written analysis of role, individual research into different
theories of communications and formulating a table for explaining the purpose and
assessment outcome.
TASK 1a
a. Define behavior management
Behavior management is a method which focuses on changes in a person's
behavior. Every person goes through a number of circumstances which may witness
their behavioral modification. It is a skills required to be possessed by teachers in the
educational system for maintaining a particular set of behavior to be followed by the
students (Larson and et. al., 2018). Some of the actions included in this are modeling,
rewards or punishment for bringing the best out of the students. B.F. Skinner and Carl
Roger have provided to distinctly different approaches for addressing behavior.
Skinner’s approach provides that a person can manipulate behavior with the
identification of those areas which could be rewarding for the individual. This is done in
order to provide reward for performing good behavior. This approach is called positive
reinforcement psychology. On the other hand, Roger’s proposes that in order to
effectively address behavior problems, an individual must be persuaded to want to
behave appropriately. This could be achieved with the help of teaching the individual

about the difference between right and wrong and the consequences thereof. Every
individual has subconscious mind telling them about the rightness and promise of
particular event which is to be made the students understand about its importance in
behavior management. In the current specialist field of global business and strategy,
learners need to understand how the challenges at international level must be
addressed and maximum can be achieved from them. For example, when the students
got to you know about the difficulties that a business has to go through while expanding
the business at global level, their enthusiasm got declined making them behave
negatively.
b. Importance of behavior management in the classroom
Behavior management is important for the students in the classroom for creating
and appropriate environment for effective learning. It helps in setting the boundaries that
the children are needs to be followed which further develops positive behavior such as
respect towards each other (Flower, McKenna and Haring, 2017). It helps learners
being focused, engaged and interested without being confused, bored etc. It multiplies
their attention and motivates them to learn cheerfully and built a confidence to clear
their doubts.
c. Pedagogical principles of behavior management
Pedagogical principles includes great learning styles for the learners. It helps in
effective learning through a specific four stage cycle which includes concrete
experience, observation and reflection of the experience with the application of
abstract concepts, conclusion and implementation of test hypothesis for advanced
experience. Four different pedagogical principles have been described underneath:
Kinaesthetic learning- this type of learning style is the one where the students
carry out physical tasks rather than just listening to notes and lectures for or
seeing reflections. Students are engaged in the activities which involves using
their hands for making charts and posters and similar other things. It is an
effective learning style where by the learners can understand the concepts of
global business and strategy of international entrepreneurship (Sung and Kim,
2021).

Mastery models- this learning pattern focuses on role of feedback from the
students in order to assess their level of learning achieved through the teaching.
It involves instructional tools combined with the level of performance which day
students’ needs to master before progressing to the next level. An evaluation of
each student's understanding of the particular unit is conducted by the teacher
for or proceeding with the next goals. In relation to global business strategy and
international entrepreneurship, the teacher can examine the existing level of
understanding of the basic terms and concepts before proceeding with the higher
and more advanced topics.
Scaffolded learning- in this learning method the students are made understood a
concert by breaking into a smaller chunks for providing a concrete structure for
each. Differentiated instructions are given by asking questions and taking steps
for better understanding of the concepts. It motivates the child for working hard
and teacher appreciate them for their efforts and not just limited to the success.
Individual can use this model to resolve the problem and what all assistance to
be taken for this purpose (Napal Fraile, Peñalva-Vélez and Mendióroz Lacambra,
2018).
Multisensory learning- this learning is based on the assumptions that individuals
learn better if they are taught using more than one sense. Some of the
multisensory elements are auditory, visual, tactile and kinaesthetic for hearing,
seeing, touching and doing. This theory was developed by Dr. Howard Gardner,
for overcoming the limitations in the intelligence of the students. In relation to
global business strategy, students can be asked to make charts and posters
which are visually appealing so that they can understand the concepts of topics
in this specific subject.
d. Principles of behavior management
Behavior management is a wider concept and comprises of variety of principles which
needs to be followed by the group as well as individual. Some of the principles
applicable for or behavior management are as follows:
1. Group behaviors
