your crew to apply their skills. If I want to empower then I have to expand new one.
Otherwise my planning is over, which is in line with creator Pascal Finite is similar to

Check Mind-Set: When I am moving an organization forward requires a mind-set that
focuses on growth and behaviour at the same time. Studies show that growth-minded leaders
believe that I can learn new skills and take the "I can't do that yet" attitude. Action-oriented
thinking allows me to put my values, beliefs and ideas into action. If you do not take action,
both me and my organization are at risk of stagnation (Diamantopoulos, 2010). So, in order to
act, I and my team need to have the right knowledge, skills and abilities. Knowledge is a
theoretical or practical understanding of a subject. Skills are skills that are developed through
training and experience. And skill is the ability to do something.
