INTRODUCTION
Every individual has their skills and capabilities, and the orientation of diversity is
utilized to determine the abilities. The targets of ICT group action are also important in learning
and directing. ICT refers to Information technology and Communication as the learner should
also be aware of information and communication technologies. Maintaining the digitalization or
computer system framework is effectively vital to every day. Such skills support individuals to
enhance their grades by which teachers cannot face any issue whole offering directions to their
individuals with information that are possible and offers advantages to them in their professional
life (Aavik and Ümarik, 2020). There are various learning styles to motivate individuals to
enhance Such study habits will help individuals create their skills and regularly maintain an
effective and efficient section of negative things. The following report covers the determination
of resources in learning and teaching, resource extraction concepts in one's specialty, methods
for resource sharing with the other training practitioners, regulatory obligations and application
of duties of resources development, effectiveness of one's creation and utilization of available
resources in engaging and meeting the specific requirements of students.
TASK 1
Clarify the determination of resources in learning and teaching
Learning and teaching effectively impact the academic system because constant learning is
termed as an efficient section of individual life. This teaching and learning idea is divided into
two factors in terms of the instructor and another one for the learners. For individuals, teaching
involves directions and social control for the learning targets. The total marks of studying and
education provide practical knowledge to a person. Teachers should also motivate individuals to
involve with one another, due to which teachers share their experience in respect to directing
their path. They also support learning new information and techniques (Bambakidis and Tomei,
2020). Teachers support teaching their individuals in a non-demanding manner. An excellent
teacher respects and motivates their individual and their careers. They maintain their targets of
the teachers that seem to impact the person who utilizes information, and it can also be seen in
the utilisation of learning in their everyday lives. In the changing concept, the teachers become
the first to follow the learners' issues and problems and then employ them to resort to their
learning. In terms of the diverse methods, it follows learners based on their physical abilities,
