INTRODUCTIONManagement will be defined as an art and science of handling and managing people andtheir work within organisation so that they can working according to set objectives of firm. Inthis regard there are many management theories that are used within organisation by managers tounderstand their employees and dynamics of business environment. In this report discussion willbe conducted on difference between value, belief and attitude within workplace in context ofCONARG LTD which is a small London based company and is specialist in bathroom andkitchen renovation. Furthermore, importance of management theories with regard to humanrelation and scientific theory are included to explain the correct meaning of management withinorganisation (Jang, 2016).CONARG LTD is a small sized South East London based company that is specialising inrenovation, renewals and void refurbishment of bathrooms and kitchen. The company is meant towork in several social housing projects in London with the surrounding parts of country as well.CONARG was founded by Catalin Ghinea and Gabriel Dascalu in year 2008, and since thencompany is delivering its remarkable quality of work and their projects in industry. They arehaving quality work force which is both consistent and steady in their working due to this theirdemand in London is increasing. Critical thinking is the process and ability of person to thinkdeeply with analysing the objectives and then evaluating over one issue so that judgement couldbe performed.CASE STUDYIntroduction to company.CONARG LTD is very much proud to have such a confidence management which isaltogether achieving the success and frequently acclaimed by their customers and clients. Thecompany is having dedication towards safety, operational performance and quality for all theirprojects. According to one of the customer satisfaction surveys conducted by company it wasfound that they are having high Key Performance Indicator (KPI) score to 90%. Apart from thiscompany is also getting many Thank You letters from their customers and clients after theircompletion of contracts. CONARG is having qualified and educated workforce who all arehaving skills to make successful projects like for example Timber Care Certification is held byall their carpenters. pointing, bathroom reinstallation, plumbing, wall insulation, partitioning and many more(Szenes, Tilakaratna and Maton, 2015).CONARG is giving importance to its various value, belief and attitudes while workingwith clients and customers as their company is very much reliable and dedicated towardsworking. All the core values of organisation are very much important which is supporting theirmission, vision and aims of company in shaping culture and then reflecting identity oforganisation.Importance of value in workplace.Core value which is related to company must be linked with their identity havingphilosophical value, beliefs and principles that is helping them in decision making process.CONARG will be having many significant and important values which they need to have andcomply with so that their objective is met under given time constrain. These core values withinworkplace of CONARG are focused every detail, making difference, being accountable, beingreliable and positive, keeping promise, being completely honest and delivering quality. All thesemust be carried by company so that they are sustainably working in given environment with alltheir clients and customers. A company working without any sustainable value would not be ableto present what their aims and objective are and how they are delivering value to customers. All the workplace values that are there within CONARG will be acting as guidingprinciples which are important for company and the way they are working in society. It is theduty of management to choose and think deeply over principles so that they are been able todistinguish between right and wrong way of working (Kivunja, 2014). Thus, these will beguiding them to form important decisions about what to produce, how to produce and for whomto produce. These are the 3 important economic decisions to be taken and then affecting thevalues of CONARG. This is the duty of company that they are identifying what are their corevalues on which they need to work upon and understand the importance of each.Throughout the goal and objective setting of CONARG is it important that they arelisting what are the cantered values around which any firm is working, what are the purpose ofthis and how organisation is getting impacted. The recruitment and retention part of company islinked with values of CONARG which is helping them to determine that whether they arebuilding high performing teams or not. Executive Summary
Critical thinking is an intellectual approach through which leaders and managers can find
efficient solution to the problem by applying, synthesizing, conceptualization and observing the
situation. From this report it has been identified that value, believes and attitudes play important
role for an organisation through which they can solve problems in an instant basis. It is essential
for leaders and managers to include analytical thinking, technological and technical thinking,
rational thinking and moral towards organisation in order to effectively resolve any form of mis-
understanding among employees and employers. By respecting employees believes, attitudes and
values and encouraging them towards good direction overall success can be assured. This report
identifies that there are number of management approaches with the application of which
company can ensure higher productivity. From this report it has been identified that behaviour
relation management theory helps in building relationship through which company can resolve
issues like conflicts and can increase productivity at greater extent. Present report is conducted
on AndiCars which is a largest taxi in private hire company. This report recommended that
AndiCars is required to implement behavioural relationship management theory in order to
overcome the challenges that has been posted by covid-19 in order to create more Residency
towards future operations.

INTRODUCTION
Critical thinking is defined as a concept which is an intellectual approach that allow
managers to identify any solution of the problems with the help of conceptualising, observing,
reasoning, reflecting, experiencing and synthesizing with the help of communication (Bangun
and Pragholapati, 2021). Critical thinking allows organisation leaders and managers to maintain
guide or believe in order to undertake efficient actions against issues. This mainly includes
certain form of evaluation of different structure in order to identify the root cause behind
problem. Critical thinking mainly includes analytical thinking, technical thinking, scientific
thinking, economic thinking, rational thinking and moral thinking towards organisation, in order
to resolve any form of misunderstanding among employer and employees. It is essential for
organisation to develop critical thinking in organisational workplace structure in order to
enhance organisational productivity. There are different types of critical analytic tools that helps
in improving thinking of organisational workplace structure in which employees engaged in the
form of critical thinking can perform their roles and responsibility in a competent and
independent manner. With the help of developing critical thinking company can encourage
