What are the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be effective in your
HRM/D role?
Professional map- this contains sets of standards that are used by HR
professionals for the efficiency of activities, monitor behaviours and enhance
knowledge which is needed for success. The standards are used for defining the
roles of HR, it diagnoses the areas of improvement. It helps to recognise the
achievement of HR activities through professional qualification. It helps to
benchmark and improves the HR capability at every level. From Band 1 to Band
4 the HR career for the most senior leaders has been designed to be relevant
and applicable to all professionals working across the HR departments. It is used
to diagnoses as specialist in learning and development, talent, reward, employee
relations, resourcing.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS BEHAVIOURS
Insight, strategy and
solution- I must turn

and solutions. This helps
in developing MY

manager to take
responses for issues

promises. For this he
may lose credibility and
